The mentioned “mushroom” flavours actually often occur in aged wines.

Salmon and Pinot Noir has become a popular pairing, and it’s best when the salmon is cooked as simply as possible.

Pinot Noir makes it a fantastic match for a variety of dishes, its nuanced flavours and moderate tannins allow it to complement the flavours in many foods. Dishes like turkey and mushrooms often pair well due to the wine’s adaptability, and with salmon or tuna, the preparation style and Pinot Noir’s style play crucial roles in the pairing experience. It’s a delightful exploration to find the perfect match based on the specific Pinot Noir you’re enjoying and the flavours of your meal.

Finally, tell me do you like Pinot Noir? Which dish do you think is good match with it?
