Who am I
I’m Shireena, a Taiwanese individual who completed an MBA in Digital Marketing from Nottingham Trent University in the UK. My professional journey includes two years in marketing roles within the wine industry, working with one of Taiwan’s largest wine import companies and the most influential wine and spirits publishing company.
My passion for wine
I’ve been deeply engaged in wine for several years, starting in 2016. My initial inspiration came from my role as a Senior Sales Consultant at a Cigar & Wine shop. We offered a range of top international wines, and the wealth of wine books available there encouraged my exploration. My boss even motivated me to pursue a WSET certification. Consequently, I completed WSET courses for Levels 1, 2, and I’m currently pursuing Level 3, thoroughly absorbing the content.
My wine journey expanded with my role at EVERGREEN LAUREL WINE COLLECTION CO., LTD, one of Taiwan’s major wine import companies, where I worked as a Marketing Administrative Assistant. I had the opportunity to try incredible wines and participate in various wine tasting events.
Another significant chapter involved working at WINE & SPIRITS DIGEST PUBLISHING CO., LTD, the most influential wine and spirits publishing company in Taiwan. My responsibilities encompassed digital marketing, data analysis, occasional editorial tasks, attending new wine launch events, and crafting articles for our magazine.
I currently hold the position of Digital Marketing Executive at Vin-X, a fine wine investment company based in the UK.

My goal is to offer a diverse array of content that includes wine recommendations, insights from tastings, and industry-related observations.
